Felted jewelry and more
Felted jewelry
Felt is a non-woven cloth that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing woollen fibres. Felt can be of any colour, and made into any shape or size.
In the wet felting process the natural wool fibre is stimulated by friction and lubricated by moisture (usually soapy water).
Needle felting is a popular fibre arts craft conducted without the use of water. Special barbed felting needles are used by as a sculpting tool.

Felted soaps
Felted soap is a bar of soap wrapped up in wool. It is exfoliating, works like a built-in washcloth. It lasts as long as there is soap left in shell – as the soap is used the felt shrinks and gets smaller.
Leave your soap on a rack out of water so that it can dry between uses!
